摘 要:为实现矿井安全高效快速掘进,基于矿井并存有高度冲击危险、水文地质条件复杂、高瓦斯、自燃和煤尘爆炸倾向厚煤层等多灾害的现状,通过以硫磺沟煤矿(4-5)04综放工作面掘进为样本进行具体研究和实践,总结形成了矿井掘进施工中防治冲击地压发生实现"无震无灾"、采取强支护措施实现"有震无灾"以及防治瓦斯煤尘爆炸、煤层自燃发火、水灾和冲击地压伴生事故以实现"有冲无灾"的综合防治安全措施。结果表明,这是一套成功适用多灾害矿井掘进工作面冲击地压耦合致灾综合防治的创新工艺技术和管理经验。In order to realize the safe, efficient and fast excavation of the coal mine, based on the present situation of the multi-coexistence of high risk of rock burst, complex hydrogeological conditions, high gas, spontaneous combustion, tendency of coal dust explosion and other disasters of the thick coal seam, by using (4-5)04 fully mechanized top-coal caving face of Liu Huang Gou coal mine as the sample of specific research and practice, the article summed up the comprehensive measures of rock burst prevention, strengthening support, the prevention and control of gas and coal dust explosion ,coal spontaneous combustion ,floods and rock burst. The results show that this is a set of innovative technology and management experience which is suitable for rock burst coupling disaster prevention of the heading face of the multi-hazard coal mine.
