摘　　要：为了能够及时发现和处理各系统中的异常业务,确保各个系统的正常运行以及数据的准确性,需要建设一套综合业务监控平台,防止各种业务漏洞,此系统需要覆盖全业务和全流程。异常业务监控管理要求对各系统进行支撑,如BSS、OCS、一卡充、本地网厅、短信营业厅等系统中的客户异常业务受理、异常业务使用及异常消费进行分析,监控业务中的异常、失败等情况,进行业务雷达预警。这既可以满足不断变化发展的市场需求,又可以提升客户体验,为联通提高用户满意度,稳定老用户、发展新用户做出积极贡献。In order to quickly detect and deal with abnormal operations in each system to ensure their normal operation and data accuracy, a comprehensive business monitoring platform is required to prevent various business loopholes. The new system needs to cover all businesses and the whole process. An abnormal traffic monitoring and management system needs to analyze various abnormalities, such as abnormal business acceptance, abnormal operation and abnormal consumption from different supporting systems, including BSS, OCS, one card charge, local network hall, SMS business hall system and etc. It will monitor business exceptions, failures and etc. and send out business radar warnings. This will meet the re- quirements of the ever-changing market, enhance customer experience, improve user satisfaction for China Unicom and finally make positive contribution to the stability of old users and recruitment of new users.
