摘　　要：介绍了天津联通自主研发的移动装维平台出现的背景和其在提升城市信息化方面的支撑作用,并着重阐述了中国联通移动装维平台的功能和方案,方案建设在考虑联通业务发展的同时,兼顾联通使用人群的移动性和便捷性,并与服务开通、服务保障系统、代维系统等支撑系统形成良好的对接机制。移动装维平台的出现取得了显著收益,内外的满意度都得到了极大提升。This article describes the background of a self-developed mobile equipment maintenance platform of Tianjin Unicom and its role as an industry support to urban informatization. It describes platform functions and schemes, which not only consider business development of Unicorn, but also users＇ mobility and convenience. Besides, it forms a good dock- ing mechanism with other supporting systems, such as service opening, service support and substitute maintaining sys- tem. The platform has made significant gains and has dramatically changed the unfavorable situations such as high charge- back rate, less installation and maintenance support means, low installation and maintenance efficiency, poor customer perception and high operating costs. Satisfaction from both inside and outside has been greatly improved.
