摘　　要：简述了电力系统电能质量技术应用的意义和目的,以及电能质量调节系统应用于用户供电系统时可以解决的问题。提出开展电力需求侧管理能给企业带来直接经济效益和良好的社会效益,有效的技术手段是实施需求侧管理的基础。This paper briefly describes the meaning and purpose of the application of power quality technology to power system and presents problems the system is able to solve when the new technology has been applied to users＇ power supply system. It points out that power Demand Side Management （DSM） can bring enterprises direct economic benefits and sound social effect. Besides, effective technical means constitute the foundation of DSM implementation.
