摘　　要：移动通讯技术的普及与互联网的进步,创造了一个"人人手握麦克风"的移动互联时代。虽然科技的进步,赋予了人们表达的自由与聆听的便利,但纷繁复杂的信息内容,同样对我国政府的职能转变提出了新要求。文章深刻剖析了移动互联时代我国政府职能转变所面临的挑战,解读了现阶段政府职能的新内涵,并提出了新环境下,我国政府职能与互联网有效嫁接的合理对策,从而为转换政府角色、革新政府管理,提出科学的意见与建议。The rapid development of mobile communication technology creates a mobile Internet era of ＂ everyone holding the microphone＂. Although the advances in technology has given the freedom to express and the convenience of listening to people, so many complicated contents also put forward new requirements to the functions of our government. This article has a profound understanding of the challenges in the function of our government facing the mobile Internet era,and carefully interpret the new stage of the connotation of government functions. At last, it is proposed to, in the new environment of the Internet, provide scientific opinions and suggestions for converting the government＇s role and innovating management.
