摘  要:针对枣树花很小、去雄难的问题,以2个稳定雄性不育种质(JMS1、JMS2)为母本,以‘无核丰’和J5(高抗枣疯病种质)2个优异种质为父本,通过双亲罩网放蜂授粉实现控制杂交,组成3个杂交组合(JMS1×无核丰和JMS2×无核丰、JMS2×J5),利用SSR分子标记鉴定杂种。经2年试验共获果实632个,有种子的仅141个,其中JMS2×J5的128个,JMS1×无核丰的12个,JMS2×无核丰的1个。不同年份间和杂交组合间,果实含仁率差异显著。为鉴定JMS2×J5后代中的杂种,从200对SSR引物中筛选出1对双亲互补型引物JSSR244。根据SSR带型的差异,从JMS2×J5的59个杂交后代中鉴定出58个杂种。与JMS2×无核丰、JMS1×无核丰相比,JMS2×J5的杂种容易通过控制杂交方式获得。In order to deal with very small flowers and severely difficult emasculation in Chi‐nese jujube hybridization ,controlled hybridizations via honeybee pollination for parents cov‐ered together with a net were carried out using two female parents with stable male sterility , i .e .JMS1 and JMS2 and two male parents with excellent traits ,i .e .‘Wuhefeng’ and J5 .J5 had high resistance to Chinese withch’s broom disease .Cross combinations consisted of JMS2 × J5 ,JMS1 × Wuhefeng and JMS2 × Wuhefeng and obtained hybrids were identified by SSR markers .A total of 632 fruits were produced via controlled hybridization in 2013 and 2014 ,which had 141 seeds including 128 from JMS2 × J5 ,12 from JMS1 × Wuhefeng ,and;1 from JMS2 × Wuhefeng .The rate of fruit with seed changed significantly with years and cross combinations .Primer JSSR244 ,which could produce wholly different bands between JMS2 and J5 ,was selected from 200 primer pairs to verify hybrids .58 of 59 progenies were i‐dentified to be hybrids in JMS2 × J5 according to band types .Compared to JMS2 × Wuhefeng and JMS1 × Wuhefeng ,hybrids of JMS2 × J5 could be easily produced via controlled hybrid‐ization .
