摘  要:为了寻找具有较高除草活性的噻吩类化合物,本试验合成了6种噻吩甲酰胺类化合物,命名为Sa^Sf,其结构均经过了核磁共振氢谱、质谱确证。采用油菜平皿法、小杯法、小球藻法和茎叶处理法分别对以上6种化合物进行除草活性筛选。平皿法结果显示,化合物Sa^Sf对油菜均有较好的抑制作用,其中Sd的抑制效果较明显。小杯法结果显示,Sa和Sb对马唐和反枝苋的根茎表现出较好的抑制作用,抑制率达60%以上;茎叶法处理结果显示,Sa、Sb和Sd对反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus L.表现出较强的除草活性;小球藻法结果表明,Sa、Sb和Se对小球藻的活性较高。经活性测试,6种化合物均表现出较好活性,有必要进一步探究其作用机制,以期发现新的除草作用靶标。In order to look for thiophene compounds with high herbicidal activity ,six thio‐phenecarboxamides Sa-Sf were synthesized .All the target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and MS .The herbicidal activity of Sa -Sf was determined by using plate method , small cup method ,chlorella method and foliage treatment .T he result of plate method show ed that of Sa-Sf all had a good inhibition effect on the Brassica campistris L ,and the inhibition of Sd was the most obvious .In addition ,Sa and Sb showed a strong herbicidal activity to Dig‐itariasanguinalis (L .) and Amaranthus retroflexus L .,and the inhibition rates were all a‐bove 60% .Sa ,Sb and Sd showed a good activity to A .retrof lexus L .in the foliage treat‐ment .At last ,the Sa ,Sb and Se showed a higher growth inhibition on the Chlorella .After herbicidal activity tests ,six compounds showed good activities ,and it is necessary to explore the mechanism of action in order to find new herbicidal action targets .
