摘　　要：社会主义公有制是公有制的一种特殊历史形态,人们对公有制的认识仍处于过程之中。在现有认识面临挑战之时,应重新认识公有制的含义与内容。公有制是社会成员为了在竞争环境中更好地生存而采取的一种联合手段,它包括公有化水平与公有化范围两方面内容。The socialist public ownership is a special historical form of public owner-ship.People are still trying to know more and deeper about public ownership.Meanwhile,what people have known about it is being confronted with challenges,it is supposed to form fresh understanding about the implications and substance of public ownership that is a kind of associating means, by which society members can live better in the environment of competition. Its content includes both the degree and extent of transfering to public ownership.
