摘　　要：面向农村基层推广卫生适宜技术的主要目的是不断促进基层医疗卫生技术水平,为广大基层群众提供更好的卫生服务。本文从基层卫生适宜技术的概念出发,概括其主要特点,并从适宜技术的筛选评估和推广应用两个方面对基层卫生适宜技术的研究现状进行了综述,强调建立一个全面、完整的基层卫生适宜技术标准体系对促进我国基层卫生适宜技术的发展意义重大。The main objective of popularizing health suitable technologies to the rural grassroots is to improve the level of primarily medical and health technologies and provide better health services for the majority of the masses. This paper commenced from the concept of grassroots health suitable technologies, and introduced the main characteristics, then reviewed the study status of grassroots health suitable technologies from the aspects of screening, assessment, popularization and application. The paper emphasized that establishing a comprehensive and complete standard system of grassroots health suitable technologies had an important significance to promoting the development of grassroots health suitable technologies in China.
