摘　　要：目的讨论TNF-α、TNF-β和MMP-3与子宫内膜异位症的关系及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测50例子宫内膜异位症患者（研究组,Ⅰ～Ⅱ期20例,Ⅲ～Ⅳ期30例）和32例非子宫内膜异位症妇科患者（对照组）血清和腹腔液中的TNF-α、TNF-β、MMP-3水平。结果Ⅰ～Ⅱ期和Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者血清和腹腔液中TNF-α、TNF-β、MMP-3的水平显著高于对照组（t=2.247、t=2.375、t=2.312、t=2.408、t=2.601、t=2.135、t=2.243、t=2.104、t=2.23、t=2.304、t=2.144、t=2.345,P〈0.05）。Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者血清和腹腔液中各因子的表达略高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者。结论内异症患者血清和腹腔液中TNF-α、TNF-β、MMP-3水平明显升高,有随疾病发展表达增高的趋势,可以作为评估内异症诊断及发展的参考。Objective To investigate the levels of TNF-α, TNF- β and MMP-3 in endometriosis in serum and peritoneal fluid and their effect on clinical significance. Methods 50 patients with endometriosis were selected as experiment group. 32 patients with non-endometriosis were in control group. TNF-ct, TNF-13 and MMP-3 were examined with ELISA tests. Results Our results showed that the TNF-α, TNF-β and MMP-3 in endometriosis groups were significantly higher than those in the control group （t=2.247, t=2.375, t=2.312, t=2.408, t=2.601, t=2.135, t=2.243, t=2.104, t=2.23, t=2.304, t=2.144, t=2.345, P〈0.05）. The TNF-α, TNF-β and MMP-3 in Ⅲ- Ⅳ group were slightly higher than that of Ⅰ - Ⅱ group. Conclusion We conclude that TNF- α, TNF- β and MMP-3 may be a good index for detecting the process of endometriosis.
