摘 要:本文针对双定子单转子旋转型超声电机工作时存在的径向滑移现象,采用有限元法对其进行了分析.首先,通过建立单一定子的有限元模型并在定子中性面上施加行波运动方程,得到定子表面质点在三维空间中的运动有沿径向的位移分量,这将导致径向滑移;然后,建立定转子有限元接触模型,同样在定子中性面上施加行波运动方程,得到了定子与转子的接触状态,验证了径向滑移的存在;最后,通过不断改变其中一个定子中行波的相位,分析不同相位对径向滑移的影响,经分析发现径向滑移最小时,行波相位差为180°.仿真结果对双定子单转子旋转型超声电机的设计具有重要的指导意义.The objective of this paper is to analyse the radial slippage of the ultrasonic motor with doublestators and single rotor by the finite element method. Firstly , the finite element model of the stator isestablished and the traveling wave motion is applied to the neutral plane of the stator to get the radialdisplacements of the stator surface particle moving in three-dimensional space, which leads to the radialslippage. Secondly, the finite element contact model of the rotor is built and the traveling wave motionis applied to the neutral plane of the stator, the contact status of the stator and the rotor is obtained,verifying the existence of radial slippage. Finally, analyse the effects of different phase on the radialslippage by changing the phase of another stator doing traveling wave motion, the minimum radial slip-page is obtained and the phase difference is presenting 180°. The result is identified as being useful indesigning and analyzing the ultrasonic motor with two stators and single rotor.
