摘 要:在1/1000质量浓度的多效唑(PP333)作用的水涝环境下测定麻疯树幼苗平均叶面积无明显增加并有较高的根冠比,单水涝胁迫下的根冠比先升高后降低,无胁迫组则始终呈下降趋势与预期相符.水涝胁迫组的叶绿素含量先降低随后恢复到正常水平而另两组则变化甚微.实验中三组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活一直下降而MDA含量一直上升.在8d的水涝胁迫下,幼苗的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性先增加后降低变化显著.实验证明:多效唑会明显减缓麻疯树幼苗长势,但能使麻疯树幼苗各项生理指标的变化介于水涝组和对照组之间,能提高抗氧化酶系酶活,有缓解水涝胁迫的作用.The average leaf square under PP333 has no evident increase, but maintained a Root/shoot ratio, And the ratio under the only water logging stress reached it's peak then decreased obviously. The ratio of control group descended during the process which also accord with expectation. The chlorophylls content under water logging stress decreased then increased to a normal level while other two groups showed little difference during the process. The SOD activity decreased while The MDA content in- creased during the process in 3 study groups. Under 8 days of waterlogging circumstances, The POD and CAT enzyme activity of jatropha curcas seedlings reached its peak at a time during the process and then decreased evidently. The survey showed that: PP333 has a great impact on slowing down the vege- tative progress of Jatropha curcas seedlings, but with the help of PP333 it can make the physiologic in- dex of jatropha curcas varied between that of only waterlogging group and control group, it can promote antioxidant enzyme activities, and have good effects on reducing the water logging stress.
