摘 要:为实现常温下城市生活污水的低能耗脱氮,在序批式活性污泥工艺(SBR)中添加铁刨花,对比研究了添加铁刨花前后的处理效果。结果表明,在温度为(25±1)℃、p H值为8.0±1、DO为(1±0.5)mg/L、总Fe为(35±2)mg/L和HRT为9 h的条件下,亚硝酸盐的积累率可以稳定维持在39.2%,对COD和TN的去除率分别为90.8%和92.9%。处理生活污水的稳定运行结果表明,通过生物—化学耦合工艺可以实现短程硝化反硝化,且对COD和TN的去除效果良好。To achieve the nitrogen removal from municipal domestic sewage with low energy consumption and at room temperature, the treatment effects of sequencing batch reactor (SBR) with and without iron scraps were investigated. The results showed that the nitrite accumulation rate of 39.2% was obtained at temperature of (25±1)℃, pH of 8.0±1, DO of ( 1 ±0.5 ) mg/L, total iron concentration of (35±2) mg/L and HRT of 9 h. The removal rates of COD and TN were about 90.8% and 92.9% , respectively. The shortcut nitrification and denitrification could be achieved by coupling the biological and chemical processes, and the removal effect of COD and TN was good.
