摘 要:淮南某水厂2×10~4m^3/d示范工程是为整个淮河流域水厂改造而进行的示范性项目。结合其关键技术单元——气浮/复合滤料生物滤池耦合工艺,对其在水厂源水淮河水处于冬季低温时期的实际运行效果进行了研究。结果表明:气浮/复合滤料生物滤池耦合工艺可以很好地应对阶段性高氨氮、有机物负荷的冲击;2013年—2014年冬季运行期间,生物滤池出水氨氮平均浓度约为0.28 mg/L,并且接近99.98%的时间段内出水氨氮值≤0.5 mg/L;生物滤池出水CODMn平均为2.7 mg/L,其中浓度≤3.0 mg/L的时间也超过了90%。气浮/复合滤料生物滤池耦合工艺与上、下游工艺一道很好地保障了出厂水安全性。The demonstration engineering of 2×10^4m^3/d in a waterworks in Huainan City was a demonstration project for reconstruction of waterworks in the whole Huaihe River basin. The combined process of dissolved air flotation and biofilter with multi-layer media was used in the demonstration engi- neering. The performance of the combined process was investigated during the cold winter. The results showed that the combined process could effectively resist the impact of the high ammonia nitrogen and or- ganic matter loads even in the low temperature seasons. The average concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent from the biofilter was 0.28 mg/L, and the days with its concentration of lower than 0.5 mg/ L accounted for 99.98% of the winter of 2013 to 2014. In addition, the average value of CODM,, in the effluent from the biofilter was 2.7 mg/L, and the time with its concentration of below 3.0 mg/L was also beyond 90%. The combined process of dissolved air flotation and biofiher with multi-layer media played an important role in assuring the safety of the finished water in cooperation with other processes.
