摘  要:提出一种适用于高倍聚光光伏电站的监控系统设计方案,该监控系统可实现电站数据自动监测与存储功能,并根据数据监测情况对电站的运行实施辅助控制。监控系统根据实时监测的太阳直射辐射量计算出聚光光伏阵列输出电流的理论值,将其与阵列输出电流的实测值进行比较求出太阳跟踪精度,并依据跟踪精度对跟踪器的运行施加辅助控制。此外提出了风力超限算法,监控系统根据实测风速、风向以及跟踪器运行角度计算出阵列实际承受风力,并据此判断是否执行风力超限保护。通过对电站的现场实验发现,与传统控制方式相比,所设计监控系统可提高光伏电站中机组的发电量,并降低机组运行能耗。Design of a new monitoring system for concentrating photovoltaic power station is presented. The proposed system can monitor operation data and control power station operation based on acquired data. With input of measured solar radiation, theoretical value of array output current is calculated. The system evaluates solar tracking accuracy by comparing the theoretical and measured values of array output current. Assistant tracking control is carried out depending on tracking accuracy. A new over-wind protection method is also presented. The system calculates wind force acting on the array by taking wind speed, direction and tracker position into account. The proposed system is applied to a concentrating photovoltaic station. Operation result shows that the system improves power generation and decreases operation energy consumption.
