摘  要:分析了准东—皖南?1100 k V特高压直流示范工程的特点以及哈郑和溪浙?800 k V直流工程现场系统试验发现的主要技术问题。重点对受端高低端换流器分层接入500 k V/1000 k V交流电网控制保护性能、附加功率控制以及安稳装置的接口问题进行了分析。基于上述分析结果,结合?1100 k V特高压直流系统仿真计算分析结果,提出了系统试验项目,内容包括:基本的控制保护、监控、设备性能试验项目、换流站辅助系统试验、换流器控制与阀基电子接口试验、分层接入试验、换流变产气验证试验、融冰方式试验和直流偏磁测试试验等。这些研究成果为编制系统试验方案奠定了技术基础。Characteristics of ±1100 kV UHVDC transmission pilot project from Zhundong to South of Anhui Province and main technical problems found during system commissioning tests of ±800 kV ultra high voltage DC (UHVDC) projects of Xiluodu to Jinhua, Zhejiang (in abb. XZ) and Haminan to Zhengzhou (in abb. HZ) are analyzed, in particular control and protection functions, supplementary power control interfacing function between converter control and protection (CCP) and security and stability device for high/low voltage converter split connection to 500 kV/1000 kV AC grid at inverter terminal in ±1100 kV UHVDC pilot project. Based on results of above analysis and system calculation of ±1100 kV UHVDC pilot project, system commissioning test items of ±1100 kV UHVDC project are proposed, including basic control and protection, control monitoring, equipment performance, auxiliary system of converter station, interface function between converter control and valve based electronic equipment, split connection, converter transformer gassing, de-icing mode and DC magnetic biasing measurement and so on. Results of these researches will establish technological foundation for preparing system commissioning test program of ± 1100 kV UHVDC pilot project.
