摘　　要：本文归纳总结了绿原酸的抗氧化、抗炎、抗微生物及免疫调节等生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用,以期能更好地将其应用于动物生产。In this article, the biological functions of chlorogenic acid including the anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial activities and immunomodulatory were summarized,to further understand their applications in animal production.
