摘  要:为研究不同水平的纯中草药饲料添加剂对獭兔生长和消化的影响,本试验采用单因素分组设计,将120只生长獭兔随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只,在同一饲养环境下进行50 d饲喂。第Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第Ⅱ组为抗生素组,在基础日粮中添加4 mg/kg地克珠利;第Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组为中草药制剂添加组,在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%(均以生长獭兔的平均体重为基础)的中草药制剂。50 d后测定獭兔生长性能指标和营养物质消化指标。结果表明:(1)添加中草药制剂能够提高獭兔平均日增重、日采食量和饲料转化率。1.5%和2.0%中草药制剂添加组生长獭兔料重比均降低0.60%,差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)中草药制剂能够提高獭兔粗蛋白质消化率和粗脂肪消化率,1.5%与2.0%中草药制剂添加组生长獭兔的粗蛋白质消化率分别比对照组提高了4.79%和4.82%(P<0.05),粗脂肪消化率分别提高了5.77%和5.42%(P<0.05)。添加中草药制剂对粗纤维、钙、磷等消化率影响不明显。由此可见,中草药制剂能有效提高獭兔增重,提高獭兔营养物质消化率,加快獭兔育肥。The experiment observed the effects of the Chinese herbal medicine on growth and digestion in daily feedstuff of rex rabbit.A total of 120 Rex rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates of 5 each.The Rex rabbits were fed in the same feeding environment for 50 d.Treatments involved the control group Ⅰ (basal diet) ; Ⅱ (basal plus 4 mg/kg Diclazuril) ; Ⅲ (basal plus 0.5% Chinese-herb), Ⅳ (basal plus 1.0% Chinese-herb), Ⅴ (basal plus 1.5% Chinese-herb), Ⅵ (basal plus 2.0% Chinese-herb).The results showed that:(1 )The Chinese herbal medicine could increase the speed of growing and the conversion rate of fodder in rex rabbit.The feed-meat rates of 1.5% and 2.0% group both decreased 0.60%(P 〈 0.05),compared with the control group. (2)The Chinese herbal medicine could improve the apparent digestibility of crude protein (CP)and ether extract (EE).The CP of the 1.5% and 2.0% group were increased by 4.79% and 4.82%(P 〈 0.05).The EE were increased by 5.77% and 5.42%(P 〈 0.05).While the effect on crude fiber(CF), calcium(Ca)and phosphoru (P)were not obvious.The results indicated that Chinese herbal medicine could effectively improve the weight gain and digestibility of nutrients of rex rabbit.
