保护语境下的旧城工业遗产地段地下空间开发规划策略研究

摘　　要：基于旧城工业遗产地段整体保护的目标,论文分析了发展驱动下旧城工业遗产地段地下空间的开发意义,探讨了保护语境下旧城工业遗产地段地下空间的开发要求,并详细讨论了保护语境下旧城工业遗产地段地下空间开发应采取联动确定开发范围、优化重组功能布局、有机重构形态组合和同步协调竖向规划等规划策略。Based on the targets of integrated conservation of the industrial heritage area in old cities, the paper analyzes the development advantages and location characteristics of the underground space of the industrial her- itage area in old cities. According to the development of the underground space, the authors put forward the planning principles of the underground space development in the industrial heritage area. The authors hold that these planning strategies should consider the planning of the underground space development in the industrial heritage area in old cities from the following aspects： classification of the scope of planning, optimization of the layout of function space, organic combination of the forms of patterns and coordination of the formulation of verti- cal planning.
