摘 要:基于WITS 0标准的"WITS实时服务系统"较好地解决了综合录井、LWD、钻参仪等井场数据的实时同步传输、显示问题,具备基地与井场同步实时监测功能,使基地技术人员能够远程实时监测现场综合录井数据,及早发现工程、气测及钻井液异常,为科学高效钻井提供支持。WITS实时服务系统由实时数据采集、实时数据发送与传输、基地数据接收与转发、实时监测与参数报警、历史数据回放、网上数据发布6部分组成,系统优势体现数据采集与发布方式、灵活的单位转换、多线程结构3个方面,实现了多种格式的井场仪器数据接口,包括标准WITS 0数据、CPS数据、CMS数据和DEMA数据。该系统采用数据推送方式、多线程结构和单位制的转换管理,因而具有更快的速率、更好的稳定性和理想的灵活性。' WITS real-time service system' on the basis of WITS 0standards can solve the real-time synchronous transmission,display and other problems about the well site data from comprehensive mud logging,LWD and drilling parameter instrument,etc.,and has the synchronous real-time monitoring function between base and wellsite,so that the base technology personnel can remotely monitor on-site comprehensive mud logging data,early detect anomalies in engineering,gas logging and drilling and provide supports for scientifically and efficiently drilling.WITS real-time service system consists of 6 parts:real-time data acquisition,real-time data sending and transmission,base data reception and transferring,real-time monitoring and parameters alarm,historical data readback,online data issuing,the system′s superiorities are reflected in the components and advantages of WITS real-time service system,which achieved a variety of formats for data interface of the well site instruments,including standard WITS 0data,CPS data,CMS data and DEMA data.Application of data push mode,multi-thread structure and conversion management of unit system has made a faster rate,better stability and ideal flexibility possible.
