摘　　要：农村社会资本在社会流动的背景下处于不断弱化状态,农村社会资本只依赖于传统的社会资本形式,没有形成现代式的社会资本,农村社会资本是我国农村进行新农村建设和新型城镇化建设的重要保障,加强农村社会资本需要扩展传统农村社会资本,培育农村地区的群体文化,加强流动农民在农村社会资本重建中的作用,发挥政府在农村社会资本重建中的引导作用,从而使社会资本在维持农村社会稳定繁荣中发挥更大的作用。Rural social capital has been constantly weakened under the background of social mobility, which has not yet formed a modern type of social capital. It is an important guarantee for China＇s new rural construction and new urbanization construction, so it is very necessary to expand rural social capital by enlarging traditional rural social capital, cultivating the group culture in rural areas, strengthening the role of migrant peasants in rebuilding rural social capital, fully displaying the government＇s role in leading the rebuilding so that social capital can play an more important role in maintaining the stability and prosperity of rural society.
