浅析大学生科技创新在“3I特质”培养中的作用——以宁波工程学院为例

摘　　要：大学生科技创新工作在人才培养中的意义重大。本文剖析了宁波工程学院"‘卓越工程师教育培养计划’123模式"中关于"3I特质"人才培养的实践路径,阐明了学生科技创新工作在"3I特质"人才培养中的价值所在,提出了知识创新和实践创新两种创新方式,有力地促进卓越工程师综合素质的培养。University students＇ technical innovation means significantly to talent cultivation. The present paper analyzes the 3I Traits talent cultivation practiced by Ningbo University of Technology in its 123 mode to implement the ＂Outstanding Engineers Education and Training Program＂, discusses the roles of such innovation in the 3I Traits talent cultivation and introduces two innovation modes, i.e., mode of innovation in knowledge and that in practice.
