摘 要:以五年生藤稔葡萄为试材,在促成栽培的早期进行短期加温处理,探讨其对物候期、坐果率和果实品质的影响。结果表明:与单膜覆盖对照相比,双膜加温处理各物候期明显提前,成熟期提早到5月中旬;加温处理后虽然坐果率略有降低,但萌芽率提高,单性果率显著降低,单粒重、色泽、硬度、可溶性固形物含量等品质指标都有不同程度提高。Effects of short-term heating treatment on the phenophase,fruit setting and fruit quality of 5-year-old Fujiminori grape were evaluated.The greenhouse was heated during the early period of peotacted cultivation.The results showed that compared with the control of single film covering,the phenological phases of double membrane and heating treatment were significantly ahead of schedule,and the harvest was advanced to mid-May.Although the fruit setting rate after short-term heating treatment was slightly reduced,vine grown under heating condition showed higher germination rate and significantly lower unisexual fruit rate ,and that the single grain weight,color,hardness ,TSS and other quality indicators were improved in different degrees.
