磴口地区不同产地肉苁蓉种子质量研究

摘　　要：为明确磴口地区不同产地肉苁蓉种子质量,采用田间取样室内测定的方法,测定了磴口地区不同产地肉苁蓉种子净度、含水率、粒径、千粒重及萌发率指标。结果表明:肉苁蓉大粒种子(>0.7 mm)所占比例、种子千粒重和萌发率指标中以样品点3最高,分别达到了39.4%、81.7 mg和55.0%,以样品点5最低,仅为23.6%、61.7 mg和15.5%;肉苁蓉种子净度以样品点2最高(94.1%),样品点5最低(78.3%)。可见磴口地区不同产地肉苁蓉种子质量差异明显,应引起重视。To determine the seed quality of C.deserticola in different habitats of Dengkou, field sampling and laboratory measurement method was used to measure the seed purity,moisture content,seed size, 1000-grain weight and germination rate index of C.deserticola.The results showed that among the proportion of large seeds （〉0.7 mm）, 1000-grain weight and germination rate index of C.deserticola seeds ,the habitat of the sample 3 was the highest, reached 39.4%, 81.7 mg and 55.0% respectively,in contrast the habitat of the sample 5 was the lower, only 23.6%, 61.7 mg and ! 5.5% ;The seed purity of C.deserticola was the highest in sample station 2 （94.1%）and which in sample station 5 was the lowest （78.3%） .The seed qualities of C.deserticola in different habitats of Dengkou had obvious differences, which should be oaied more attentions.
