回药回回豆降低高血脂大鼠TC和TG的作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究回回豆水煎剂对高血脂大鼠血清中中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)的降低效果,为回回豆抗大鼠高血脂症的研究提供理论依据。[方法]建立大鼠高血脂模型,检测回回豆对大鼠血清中TC、TG的影响效应。[结果]1血清TG、TC与对照组比较显著增加,表明造模成功;2给药28 d后,回回豆水煎液低、中、高剂量组与模型组比较,TC分别降低了16.7%、18.6%、17.5%,TG分别降低了7.8%、7.8%、7.8%;回回豆水煎液低、中、高剂量组均与对照组无显著差异。[结论]回回豆水煎剂可降低高血脂大鼠血清中TC和TC的浓度。[Objective]To study the anti-hyperlipidemic effect of Huihuidou water-soluble extract,and further to provide a theoretical basis for study of the pharmacological effects of Huihuidou.[Methods]To determine the cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）in serum of SD rats by establishing hyperlipidemia model in rats.[Results]①There were significant differences in serum TG, TC compared with control group.②Huihuidou solution at low, medium and high dose group compared with model group ,TC was reduced by 16.7%, 18.6% and 17.5% ,TG was reduced by 7.8% ,7.8% and 7.8% ; Huihuidou solution at low,medium and high dose group and the control group had no significant difference. [Conclusion] Huihuidou water-soluble extract can change the serum lipid in hyperlipidermic rats and control the blood fat.
