摘　　要：力排LNG产业争议焦点:盲目上马项目导致产能过剩严重;海上LNG量大价低,陆上气源缺乏优势;油价下跌气价上涨,LNG车(船)用燃料优势不再。研判车用LNG产业发展,对"十三五"LNG汽车发展规划提出多条建议。Repel dispute in LNG industry： blind investment lends to excess production capacity; the large amount and low price of offshore LNG makes onshore natural gas resources less competitive; oil price decreases and natural gas price increases, which makes fuelling LNG for vehicles （marine） not competitive anymore. Judge LNG vehicle developing trend during 13th Five Year Plan and make suggestions.
