摘  要:针对机构在运动情况下会出现运动功能失效的问题,提出一种以尺寸链为约束的机构动作可靠性优化方法。以某型号冲锋枪的发射机构为例,通过对机构动作的分析,建立动力学仿真的参数化模型,同时采用蒙特卡罗随机抽样法得到运动仿真样本值,在动力学仿真软件ADAMS中模拟仿真。根据模拟仿真试验,计算出正交试验表中每组参数所对应的动作可靠度,并通过对正交试验结果的优化,并综合考虑尺寸链约束的要求,优化设计出更加有效的参数。仿真结果表明:优化后的动作可靠度为0.998,该方法既满足动作可靠性要求,又满足尺寸链要求的参数值,使机构动作可靠度得到了提高。For mechanism will appear movement function failure in motion, an optimal design method of mechanism action reliability is proposed, with the constraints of size chain. A submachine gun firing mechanism is taken as an example for the study. The mechanism parametric model is established on ADAMS before the mechanism is studied. Owning to the applying of the Monte-Carlo method, the sample values of active simulation is got. The mechanism is simulated in the dynamics simulation software ADAMS. And then the action reliability of each set of parameters can be got due to the outcome of the simulations. The parameters are designed by the method of orthogonal experiment. Taking the consideration of the size chain constraints, more effective parameter value is optimized designed. The simulation results show that the action reliability of optimized model is 0.998, which proves that this method not only meets both requirements of the action reliability and the constraints of size chain, but also improves the action reliability of the mechanism.
