摘  要:吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)是一种低毒生物抑菌剂,被用于去屑洗发水和船舶油漆的原料,但近年来的研究表明它也是一种潜在的有害物质,容易诱发人体过敏性接触性皮炎和鱼的畸变。本文首次采用拉曼光谱法和红外光谱法对ZPT进行表征,确定ZPT在361~366cm^(-1),422~427cm^(-1),587~591cm^(-1),825~828cm^(-1),1035~1037cm^(-1),1219~1220cm^(-1),1543~1547cm^(-1)和1599~1601cm^(-1)具有拉曼特征光谱,并基于此建立快速定性检测洗发水样品中ZPT的方法。我们同时采用电感耦合等离子体光谱法和高效液相色谱法进行锌含量和ZPT含量的测定,检测结果证明了拉曼光谱鉴定法的可行性。本研究为ZPT的快速检测提供了新的技术方法。Zinc pyrithione(ZPT),a kind of low toxic and antibacterial agent,is used in dandruff shampoo and marine paints. But recently studies indicated that it was also one kind of chemicals with potential risks. It could induce human allergic contact dermatitis and fish distortion. In this study,a method based on Raman spectroscopy for ZPT characterization was firstly reported. ZPT was determined at 361-366 cm^- 1,422-427 cm ^-1,587-591 cm^ 1,825 -828 cm^-1 ,1035-1037 cm^-1 ,1219-1220 cm^-1 ,1543-1547 cm^-1 and 1599-1601 cm^-1 by Raman spectroscopy . A fast method for qualitatively determination of ZPT in hair-care prod- uct was established. At the same time,ICP-OES and HPLC were used to monitor the zinc and ZPT Concentration. The results proved the feasibility of Raman spectroscopy assay method. A rapid method for ZPT determination was provided in this study.
