摘  要:采用平均火检强度统计与热电偶直接测量旋流燃烧器喷口着火温度2种方法,从单个燃烧器稳燃到全炉膛燃烧调整,研究了调节风盘开度、内二次风角度、外二次风角度、空预器入口氧量、分级风比例、煤粉细度等6个因素对600 MW超临界W型锅炉燃烧稳定性的影响。试验表明,煤粉气流着火距离由1 000 mm缩短至600 mm,全炉膛平均火检强度由67%提高到90%以上,显著增强了锅炉燃烧稳定性和抗干扰能力。Based on combustion stability and economy in a 600 MW supercritical W-shaped flame boiler,two methods( the method of average flame detector intensity and the method of measuring ignition temperature near the swirl burner outlet by thermocouple) are used to investigate the effects of sliding air damper,inner secondary angle,outlet secondary angle,excess air ratio,mode of air distribution and fineness of pulverized coal on combustion stability efficiency. The results indicated that it had remarkably increased combustion stability and safety from optimal combustion adjustment by using the above two methods,and the ignition distance decreased from 1 000 mm to 600 mm and the average flame detector intensity increased from 67%to 90%.
