摘  要:目的优选出槐花提取的最优工艺。方法以槐花中所含总黄酮含量为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法,从药材的粉碎度、碱的种类、提取次数这3个因素中筛选出槐花提取的最优工艺。结果综合各种因素,槐花最佳的提取工艺条件为C1B3A1,即将槐花粉碎成粗粉,用石灰水调p H8,提取3次。结论本方法可为提高槐花中总黄酮的提取率提供依据。Objective To preferred the optimum extraction technology from the Sophora japonica L. Methods Took the extraction rate of total flavonoids contained in Sophora japonica L as the evaluation index. Using L9(34)orthogonal design experiment, 3 factors such as medicinal material grinding degree, kind of alkali, extraction times were screened for Sophora japonica L extraction optimum process. Results Considered all kinds of factors,the optimal extraction conditions of the Sophora japonica L is C1B3A1, that is the Sophora japonica L is crushed into coarse powder, adjusting p H with lime water, extracting 3 times. Conclusion This method provides a basis for improvement of extraction of total flavonoids from Sophora japonica L rate.
