摘　　要：根据园艺(园林)产业发展的特点,地方经济及社会需求的变化,开展了研讨式教学、实验课教学、科技创新活动、课程实习和毕业设计等人才培养模式的改革,实践基地促进了"应用型、创新型、创业型"农林人才的培养,教师队伍建设是人才培养模式改革的重要保障。According to the characteristics of the development of horticulture and landscape industry, the changes in the local economy and social demand, reformation of talents cultivation mode in the form of class discussion teaching, experiment teaching, science and technology innovation, course practice and graduation design were carried out.Practical bases construction could significantly promote the cultivation of application, innovative,entrepreneurial talents in agriculture and landscape specialty. Teacher team construction was an important guarantee for talents cultivation mode reform.
