摘 要:为了解决构造应力场中软岩巷道的支护问题,分析了软岩巷道的变形特点,考虑轴力对弯曲变形的影响,通过理论分析得到了U型钢支架危险截面位置的解析解。在此基础上,提出护帮控顶技术,对U型钢支架的危险截面进行加固。理论分析表明,U型钢支架的危险截面位置取决于支架的截面面积、惯性矩、巷道的断面尺寸和侧压力系数。工程实践表明,采用护帮控顶技术对U型钢支架的危险截面进行加固,提高了U型钢支架的承载能力和稳定性,实现了支护体与围岩在强度、刚度和结构上的耦合,保证了巷道围岩的稳定性。In order to solve the support problem of soft rock roadway in structural stress field, analysis was made on the formation characteristics of the soft rock roadway, the influence of the axial force on the bending deformation was taken into consideration, and the analytical solution of the dangerous sections of the U-steel support was obtained. On this basis, the technology of side protection and roof control was proposed and the dangerous sections of the U-steel support were reinforced with this technology. The theoretical analysis showed that the dangerous section of the U-steel support depended to the section area of the support, the moment of inertia, the sectional dimensions and side pressure coefficient of the roadway. The engineering practice showed that using the side protection and roof control technology to reinforce the dangerous section of the U-steel support can improve the bearing capability and stability of the support, achieve the coupling of the support system and rock mass in their strength, stiffness and structure, and ensure the stability of the roadway.
