摘  要:为了降低煤巷掘进过程中的突出危险性,提高巷道掘进效率,在水城矿区C11突出煤层中实施了41113回风平巷留5 m煤柱沿空掘巷技术,同时采用锚网喷支护,最高掘进进度达145 m/月,瓦斯涌出量为1.58 m3/min,瓦斯浓度为0.54%,钻孔效验指标K1值为0.384 1 m L/(g·min1/2),Smax值为2.5 kg/m。该技术的应用表明:留窄煤柱沿空掘巷仅需采用安全防护措施掘进,减少了防突工程量,提高了巷道的掘进速度,增加了煤炭资源回采率,确保了突出煤层的安全高效生产。In order to reduce the outburst danger in the coal roadway driving and improve the drivage efficiency of the roadway, gob-side roadway driving technology by presetting 5 m-wide coal pillar was practiced in No. 41113 return airway in C11 outburst seam of Shuicheng Coal Mining Area, and meanwhile the support pattern by using shotcrete and bolting wire mesh was adopted, the maximum driving rate of the return airway was 145 m/month, the gas emission quantity was 1. 58 m3/min, the gas concentration was 0. 54%, the borehole collation index K1 was 0. 384 1 mL/( g · min1/2 ) and Smax was 2. 5 kg/m. The application of this technology showed that the gob-side entry driving by presetting narrow coal pillar only need to take safety protection measures for the driving, so it can reduce the engineering quantity of outburst prevention, speed up the roadway driving, improve the recovery rate of coal resources and ensure the safety and high efficient product of the outburst coal seam.
