摘　　要：桥本氏甲状腺炎是一种以自身甲状腺组织为抗原,甲状腺球蛋白抗体和甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体为抗体的慢性自身免疫性疾病。其特点是甲状腺大,腺体内有弥散性淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润,间质纤维化和腺体萎缩伴腺泡的嗜酸性退行性病变,临床以甲状腺功能减低为特征。近年来对本病的遗传及免疫学机制进行了大量研究,许多概念也发生了变化。本文对本病的发生机制和临床诊疗进行了综述。Hashimoto's thyroiditis is chronic autoimmune diseases with thyroid tissue as antigen,thyroglobulin antibody and thyroid peroxidase antibody as antibody. It is characterized by a large thyroid gland with diffuse lymphocytic and plasma cell infiltration,interstitial fibrosis,and eosinophilic degeneration of glandular atrophy and alveolar; The clinical manifestations were characterized by decreased thyroid function. This paper reviewed progress of Hashimoto' s thyroiditis treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine routine treatment nearly a few years. It provided reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
