摘　　要：提出一种评价电力通信网与电网发展适应性的量化评估方法,以通信网和电网的历年统计数据为基础,计算湖南公司通信网建设规模与电网发展水平之间的相互作用灰色关联度,从而得出通信网与电网发展的内在关联规律,指导电力通信网发展规划以及投资,具有理论和实际意义。The quantitative assessment method for the development adaptability of electric power communication network and power grid is presented in the paper. Based on the statistical data in previous years for the communication network and power grid,the grey relational degree of interaction between the construction scale of electric power communication network and the development level of power grid in Hunan is calculated,and the inherent correlation rule of development between the communication network and the power grid is concluded. The theoretical and practical significance is presented in guiding the development plan and investment of electric power communication network.
