摘 要:本文设计对称光程反射式光学电流传感器实验系统,使用COMSOL多模场耦合仿真软件对所设计的光学传感系统的传输场进行模拟仿真,得到对称光程反射式光学电流传感器对法拉第磁光效应的响应度,其理论灵敏度高于传统结构的灵敏度580倍。未来将基于所建立的实验系统对传感器的潜在应用做进一步的深入研究。A new structure of optical current sensor is designed in this paper. The COMSOL software is used to simulate the transmission field of optical sensing system. The responsiveness of symmetry optical path reflection type optical current sensor to Faraday effect can be obtained by the simulation study. The results show that the sensitivity of current sensor of symmetry optical path reflection type optical is 580 times higher than the sensitivity of traditional linear type optical current sensor. Finally the influence rule of measuring result error caused by sensing area positional deviation is analyzed. Further study about potential application of optical current sensor will proceed based on the optical current sensing system of symmetry optical path reflection type.
