摘　　要：目的调查耐多药结核病(multidrug-resistant-tuberculosis,MDR-TB)患者身心状况和应对方式,并提出相应对策。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)对92例MDR-TB患者的身心状况和应对方式进行调查分析。结果 MDR-TB患者SCL-90各项因子评分均高于常模(P<0.05)。MDR-TB患者MCMQ评分中,"面对"评分低于常模,"回避"和"屈服"评分高于常模(P<0.05)。结论 MDR-TB患者的生理、心理健康水平低下,对疾病采取消极的应对方式,医务人员应帮助MDR-TB患者改善心理状态,采取积极的应对方式,提高患者治疗依从性及治愈率。Objective To investigate the physical and psychological status and coping modes about multidrug-resistant-tuberculosis(MDR-TB) patients, and adopt to corresponding countermeasure. Method Adopted symptom self-assessment scale(SCL-90) and medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ) to investigate and analyze the physical and psychological status and coping modes of 92 patients with MDRTB. Result MDR-TB patients with SCL-90 every factor scores were higher than norm(P < 0.05). MDRTB patients MCMQ, 'confrontation' scores was lower than norm, 'avoidance' and 'acceptance-resignation' scores were higher than norm(P < 0.05). Conclusion Physical and psychological health levels of MDRTB patients are low, and the patients take negative coping modes. The medical staff need to adopt effective countermeasures to help MDR-TB patients improve psychological status, increase the positive coping styles, thus improve the treatment compliance and cure rate.
