中部山区绿色低碳小城镇城乡流通一体化的构建与推广——基于电子商务视角

摘　　要：为积极稳妥地推进中部山区小城镇健康有序发展,以电子商务为视角,在城乡流通体系相关研究文献的基础上,提出中部山区绿色低碳小城镇城乡流通一体化的设想,并构建其动力机制的分析框架。结合湖北省黄冈市罗田县九资河镇案例,从三个方面提出推广路径,即发挥政府在城乡流通一体化中的主导作用,构建以村级服务站为依托的信息化平台,建设方便、快捷的现代化市场营销体系。In order to promote the healthy development of small towns in the middle mountainous area, a proposal based on relevant literature of urban and rural circulation system was given to the integration of urban and rural circulation in green low carbon small towns from the perspective of e-commerce. An analysis was made on its motivation. According to the case of Jiu Zi He town, Luotian county, Huanggang city in Hubei province, three suggested paths were proposed to play the leading role of the government in the integration of urban and rural circulation, to build the information platform based on village level service and to establish convenient and highly- efficient modern marketing system.
