摘　　要：李孝光是元代中后期重要的文学家。关于他的生卒年、应征诏年,史籍文献载述不同,今人各有取从,纷纭莫一。兹文详作考论,认为:生于元世祖至元二十二年(1285年),卒于元顺帝至正十年(1350年),享年六十六岁。应元廷征诏在至正七年(1347年),而非至正三年(1343年)。LI Xiaoguang is an important writer in the middle and late Yuan Dynasty. The review is to discuss his birth, recruitment, and death dates. It was found that he was born in Yuan Shizu Zhiyuan 22nd years （1285）, and died in Yuan Shun Di Zhi Zheng 10^th years （1350） with an age of 66. He was recruited by Yuan Dynasty in Zhi Zheng 7^th year （1347） instead of Zhi Zheng 3rd year （1343）.
