某厂房内地裂缝勘察中钻机的改造及应用

摘　　要：DPP-100型汽车钻机在西安地区被普遍应用于各种工程地质勘察工作中,但其缺点是所需工作空间较大,在狭小低矮空间基本不具备工作能力。本文以某厂房内的地裂缝勘察为例,根据特殊的现场情况,对钻机塔架及起吊装置进行了现场改造,利用三层厂房的高度代替钻机塔架的高度,利用滑轮代替钻机天轮,实现了对钻杆的升降控制。通过改造,使钻机在低矮的厂房内部用非常规方法完成了常规钻探工作,取得了良好的效果。The DPP-100 drill rig is widely used for various kinds of engineering geological investigation works, but it requires spacious working area and can not be used in the low and narrow space. In a workshop ground fissure investigation project, according to the working conditions, the drill rig gantry and lifting appliance is altered on site. The lifting system is successfully modified within the three-stored flat and using pulley instead of rig＇head sheave. Through the alteration, the unconventional drilling works is implemented with good results.
