摘  要:通过铜催化的偶极环加成反应,采用短链2-叠氮乙酸全氟己基乙醇酯(Rf-N3)对端炔基功能化水性聚氨酯(WPU)进行接枝改性,利用WPU侧链保留的炔基高温热交联成炭机理赋予WPU阻燃性,制备了一种环保型阻燃含氟WPU,并对其结构进行了表征;研究了Rf-N3和WPU中炔基含量对改性WPU膜表面性能、热降解行为和动态燃烧性能的影响。研究结果表明,当Rf-N3含量从0%增大到30%,WPU膜的水接触角从61°增大到108°,残炭率从0.3%激增到25%,峰值热释放速率从700kW/m2下降到523kW/m2,峰值生烟速率从0.083m2/s降低到0.0495m2/s,并提出了可能的热降解机理。Grafting modification of the alkyne-functionalized WPU was conducted via the Cu (I)-mediated cycloaddition with short-chain 2-azido acetic acid perfluorohexyl ethyl ester (Rf-N3). Environmentally friendly flame retardant and fluorinated WPU was fabricated based on char-forming mechanism of unreacted pendant alkyne groups at high temperatures, and its structure was confirmed. The influence of the grafting amount of Rf-N3 and alkyne groups on surface properties, thermal degradation and dynamic combustion properties of functionalized WPU films was studied. The results show that when the Rf-N3 content increases from 0% to 30%, the contact angle of WPU film increases from 61° to 108°, the char yield increases from 0.3 % to 25 % and the PHRR and SPR decrease from 700 kW/m2 to 523 kW/m2, and from 0. 083 m2/s down to 0. 0495 m2/s respectively. Moreover thermal degradation mechanism of WPU films was also proposed.
