摘  要:以立方笼型八甲基丙烯酰氧丙基倍半硅氧烷(CMSQ-T8)纳米粒子为稳定剂,苯乙烯(St)为聚合单体,在添加少量有机乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)的条件下制备了稳定的聚苯乙烯/立方笼型倍半硅氧烷(PS/CMSQ-T8)乳液。利用透射电子显微镜、动态光散射仪、傅里叶变化红外光谱分析和热重分析等对乳液微球的粒径和结构进行了表征,并研究了CMSQ-T8含量对微球粒径和乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明,PS/CMSQ-T8乳液粒径均一,乳液胶粒具有明显的核壳结构,且粒径和Zeta电位随CMSQ-T8含量的增多呈先减小后增大的趋势。CMSQ-T8位于PS表面形成壳层,起到稳定乳液的作用,具有Pickering效应,且可能与核壳界面处的苯乙烯发生了共聚而增强乳液的稳定性。Polystyrene/cube-like octakis(methacryloxypropyl) silsesquioxane (PS/CMSQ-T8) emulsion, stabilized by CMSQ-T8 and small amounts of the organic emulsifier, sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS), was prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization. TEM, dynamic light scattering (DLS), FT-IR and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to investigate the particle size and structure of emulsion microspheres and effect of diverse CMSQ-Ts contents on the particle size and stability of the emulsion. The results show the particle size of PS/CMSQ-T8 emulsion is uniform, and the emulsion particles have obvious core-shell structure. The particle size and zeta potential first increase and then decrease with the increasement of CMSQ-T8 content. CMSQ-T8 is located at the surface of PS to stabilize the emulsion and has Pickering effect in emulsion polymerization. Meanwhile, CMSQ-T8 can copolymerize with some St at the interface of core-shell, which further enhances the stability of PS/CMSQ-T8 emulsion.
