摘　　要：通过溶液聚合法,将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)与烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)、(甲基)丙烯酸酯类单体共聚,合成了一种含有环氧基的氟代聚丙烯酸酯(FBSA),用红外光谱仪、原子力显微镜、扫描电镜等对其结构及膜形貌进行了研究。结果表明,在观察高度为5nm,扫描范围为1μm×1μm条件下,FBSA微观上表现出一种相分离结构,其表面有众多凸起峰状物存在。将其与KH792水解缩聚物上的氨基开环交联,并添加纳米TiO2制得氟硅共改性的聚丙烯酸酯涂料,涂膜表面的水接触角达到125°。By solution polymerization, a group-containing epoxy fluorinated polyacrylate （FBSA） was synthesized with dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate （G04）, allyl glycidyl ether （AGE） and （meth） acrylic acid ester monomers. Chemical structure of FBSA was characterized by infrared spectrum（IR） and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum （1H-NMR）, then film morphology and performance of FBSA were investigated by atomic force microscope（AFM）, scanning electron microscope （SEM） and so on. The results indicate that at scale data of 5 nm and in the scanning field of 1 μm × 1 μm, the FBSA shows phase-separated micro-morphology on a silicon wafer substrate, and there are many mountains on the FBSA film surface. When cross linked with the amino group of KH-792 hydrolytic condensation polymer by ring opening, FBSA is made into fluorosilicone co-modified polyacrylate coating, and obtaining nano-TiO2, can let the coating surface with a water contact angle of 125°.
