摘  要:研究了有机化锂皂石的用量及分散状态对尼龙6(PA6)纳米复合材料流变行为的影响,并对不同用量锂皂石呈剥离分散机理进行了探讨。采用X射线衍射和热重分析研究发现,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)进入锂皂石片层,能使其层间距增大。由动态流变结果发现,随着锂皂石用量的增加,复合材料储能模量、损耗模量和复数黏度明显提高。透射电镜、X射线衍射结果表明,锂皂石用量为5phr时锂皂石主要以剥离形式分散在基体中,当锂皂石用量大于5phr时,锂皂石在基体中团聚,由于无机粘土与PA6两相具有不同的松弛状态,因此共混物熔体的Cole-Cole曲线出现严重的拖尾现象。复合材料Han曲线位于对角线右侧,其粘性响应占主导地位,随着锂皂石用量的增加,其弹性响应及末端效应逐渐增强。由动态复数黏度,根据Cox-Merz原理得到了不同剪切速率下的剪切黏度,解释了不同用量下锂皂石呈剥离分散的机理。The effects of content and dispersion state of organic hectorite on rneolos, nanocomposite were investigated- Besides, the dispersing mechanism of different content of hectorite was discussed. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) indicate that the interlayer spacing of clay is increased, because hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) is into the interlayer of hectorite. The results of rotational rheometer show that the storage modulus, loss modulus and complex viscosity of nanocomposite increase significantly with the addition of hectorite. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and XRD show that the dispersion is mainly exfoliated morphology when the amount of organic hectorite is 5 phr. In addition, as the agglomeration of hectorite and different relaxation state of different phases for inorganic clay and PA6, Cole-Cole curves show that the phase separation of composite becomes serious when the content of hectorite is greater than 5 phr. Han curves indicate that the viscous response dominates in composites, However, with the addition of organic hectorite, the ends effect and the elastic response increase. The shear viscosity under different shear rate is obtained through the dynamic complex viscosity based on the Cox-Merz rule, which explain dispersing mechanism of hectorite under different levels.
