摘  要:采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法用位阻较大的乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷(A-172)对苯丙乳液进行改性,减小了聚合过程中的缩聚副反应和凝胶率,加热后处理促进交联,得到了剥离性能较好的低残留压敏胶粘剂(PSA)。研究了聚合温度、功能单体含量、硅氧烷含量对PSA性能的影响以及乳液剪切黏度与PSA性能的对应关系。结果显示:反应温度为80℃,m(AA)/m(单体)=2/100,m(HPA)/m(单体)=4.5/100,m(A-172)/m(单体)=2/100时,综合性能最佳,可以通过对制备工艺阶段剪切黏度的检测来分析调控PSA的性能。该PSA再次剥离时残胶由改性前的140mg降低到了2mg,只有暗影,耐高温老化性和防水性也得到了提高。A low residual silane modified polyacrylate pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) was prepared via seeded semi-continuous emulsion polymerization and thermal post-treated processing. Vinyl tris(2-methoxyethoxy) silane(A- 172), a high sterically hindered alkoxysilane with larger alkoxy substituents, was introduced to reduce coagulum and repelling residue. Micro-structure and viscoelastic properties were investigated through FT-IR, TEM, DSC, TGA, GPC, DLS and rehometric expansion system. The results show that a silicone-modified PSA with excellent repelling, high temperature aging resistance and water resistance properties could be obtained after post-heated treatment process using 2 % acrylic acid and 4.5 % 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate as functional monomers, 2 % A-172(on the mass of polyacrylate monomer) as crosslinker at 353K. The adhesive residue is reduced from 140mg to 2mg or only ghost left after modified with A-172. The application properties of PSA can be previewed and controlled through the analysis of the shear-viscosity during the preparation of emulsion.
