扩展莫尼茨绦虫感染对成年牦牛小肠不同部位黏膜固有免疫细胞的影响

摘　　要：为研究扩展莫尼茨绦虫对成年牦牛小肠黏膜固有免疫细胞的影响,采用组织学、组织化学染色与细胞数量检测以及统计分析的方法对感染组和对照组牦牛小肠不同部位黏膜固有免疫细胞进行了详细观察、分析,并做了比较。结果显示,感染组牦牛十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜中的黏膜固有免疫细胞即上皮内淋巴细胞、杯状细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、浆细胞和肥大细胞数量均远远多于对照组牦牛的相应部位,差异都极显著(P<0.01)。但感染组和对照组从十二指肠到回肠,上述5种细胞的分布趋势一致:上皮内淋巴细胞和肥大细胞的数量逐渐减少,在小肠各段的数量分布均差异显著(P<0.05);杯状细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞从前至后呈增多趋势且差异显著(P<0.05);浆细胞呈增多趋势,然而空肠和回肠浆细胞数量差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果表明,扩展莫尼茨绦虫感染时,成年牦牛感染部位小肠黏膜固有免疫细胞大量增生,但其分布趋势没有发生改变。The histology,cell counting,and statistical analysis methods were used to evaluate the effects of Moniezia expansa on the mucosal immunity-associated cells in small intestine of adult yaks,and make comparison with the control group.Statistical analysis showed that the number of mucosal immunityassociated cells increased in the infected group,compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）,but the distribution of these five kinds of cells was consistent between infection and control group from the duodenum to the ileum.The number of intraepithelial lymphocytes and mast cells was gradually reduced from the duodenum to the ileum in two groups,and the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The number of goblet cells and eosinophile granulocytes gradually increased from the duodenum to the ileum in two groups,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The number of plasma cells was gradually increased from the duodenum to the ileum in two groups,but the difference was insignificant（P〈0.05）.The results indicated that M.expansahas intense influence only on the number of mucosal immunity-associated cells in small intestine of adult yaks,but did not affect the distribution trends of them.
