摘　　要：分析了我国化学原料及化学制品制造业废水排放特征,通过"计算等标污染负荷"和"等标环境影响负荷"分别给出化学原料及化学制品制造业废水排放水平和对水体环境影响的程度,并提出化工行业水污染防治对策。This paper analyzes the chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing wastewater discharge characteris- tics, through ＂the calculation standard pollution load＂ and such as the ＂environmental impact load＂, the chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing wastewater emission levels and the degree of effects in the aquatic environment have been provided, and some measures for water pollution prevention in chemical industry has been puts forward.
