摘　　要：在大数据时代,电信运营商为了适应业务和管理模式向"数据驱动型"的转变,有必要进行IT系统的转型。分析了数据资产运营对IT支撑能力的要求,给出了分析支撑域的建设规划。所设计的大数据运行支撑平台包括云化ETL、MPP数据库、能力服务中心等IT基础设施。平台在广西移动通信公司的运行情况表明,它有效提升了营销成功率。In the age of big data, in order to adapt the transformation of data-driven business model and management model, telecommunications operators need to carry out the transformation of IT systems. Based on the analysis of IT support ability required by data assets operation, the construction planning for analysis support system is given. The presented big data operation platform consists of a number of components including cloud ETL, MPP database, ability service center, etc. The platform＇ s application in Guangxi mobile communication company shows that it can promote the success rate of marketing effectively.
