腰痛宁联合复方氯唑沙宗治疗腰肌劳损50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腰痛宁胶囊联合复方氯唑沙宗片治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:将150名腰肌劳损患者分为治疗组(n=50),对照组1(n=50)和对照组2(n=50)。治疗组采用口服腰痛宁胶囊及复方氯唑沙宗片联合用药,对照组1口服腰痛宁胶囊,对照组2口服复方氯唑沙宗片,对比三组临床疗效。结果:治疗两个疗程后,治疗组总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰痛宁胶囊联合复方氯唑沙宗片治疗腰肌劳损安全有效,疗效优于两者各单独使用。Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of yaotongning capsules combined with compound chlorzoxazone tablets in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain. Methods 150 eases of patients with lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into the treat- ment group （ n = 50）, the control group 1 （ n = 50） and the control group 2 （ n = 50）. Patients in treatment group were received yaotongning capsules combined with compound chlorzoxazone tablets, in control group 1 were received yaotongning capsules and in control group ：2 were received compound chlorzoxazone tablets, compare the curative effect. Results After two courses of treatment, the effective rate of treatment group than two control groups have improved obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the difference is statistically signifi- cant. Conclusion Yaotongning capsules combined with compound chlorzoxazone tablets is safe and effective treatment on lumbar mus- cle strain and curative effect is better than that of both single use.
