摘 要:对一端盖类塑件的模具进行了创新优化设计。其中对拉料杆的创新设计实现了脱模时塑件及浇注系统凝料与模具的自动分离;对浇口的优化则保证了塑件与浇口拉断时在塑件端断裂;而利用压条压出T形导滑槽并对压条进行优化,使得模板只需铣刀铣削,从而简化了加工工艺,并保证了压条使用的可靠性;对斜导柱的创新优化可提高侧抽导滑的平稳性和可靠性;对斜顶和斜顶孔进行优化,能够简化模具结构,从而降低加工难度;另外合理设置冷却水道的进出水口,可避免管道内积水,进而获得更好的冷却效果。结果表明:经创新优化设计后的模具,由于其加工工艺得到了简化,使用时更加平稳可靠,而且塑件质量有所提升。One type of end cap plastic part was optimally designed in its mold processing. The plastic part and gating system freezing material could be automatically separated from the mold while the innovation design of pulling rod was adopted; the freezing material could be cracked at the side of plastic part by the optimization of gate; the layering was used to press a T-shaped guide chute and then being optimized, which made the template merely need the milling processing, so the processing technology was simplified and the reliability of layering was improved; the stationarity and reliability of side core pulling were increased by the innovation design of slanted guide pillar; by the optimization of slanted ejecting and its holes, the mold structure was simplified and the processing difficulty was decreased; water accumulation was also avoided by the proper design of inlet/outlet in a cooling water channel, therefore, a better cooling effect could be obtained. It turned out that the quality of the plastic part could be greatly improved by the innovative optimal design since its processing technology was simplified, and service performance was more stable and reliable.
